Acquired by Infinity in 2018, this Albert Kahn designed building (Originally completed and placed into service in 1922) brings an old neoclassical feel resembling the Park Avenue of Manhattan back to life in the heart of Downtown Detroit. The 12 story, 105,000 Square foot Skyscraper was once slated for demolition just 5 years ago and was categorized by the City of Detroit as one of the last Dangerous Buildings in the Downtown CBD (Central Business District). Now, nearly 100 years after its birth, this building is undergoing a major $20+ Million redevelopment that will be renovated to house 80 new luxury apartments consisting of studio, 1 & 2 Bedroom designs with spacious and high end finishes not found anywhere else within the Downtown CBD in addition to a mixture of Lower Level, Ground & Second Floor retail consisting of restaurant/bar uses.
