  • Human Resources Coordinator - Novi, MI
    Infinity Homes & Co. is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Human Resource Coordinator to join our team in Novi, MI! Join an expanding team at one of Michigan’s premier development companies!

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Recruiting – assist in identifying staffing needs, posting jobs and interviewing potential candidates
    • New hire processing and orientation including conducting background checks, insuring drug screens are completed and all required documents are completed
    • Maintain personnel files in accordance with company policies and procedure
    • Process, verify and maintain all employment related documentation
    • Process merit increases, bonuses, commissions, promotions and terminations
    • Assist in the completion of performance evaluations
    • Maintain vacation calendar and track PTO for each employee
    • Responsible for payroll processing. Collect, review and obtain approval of timesheets. Submit hours and vacation time to Controller. Distribute paychecks to all staff.
    • Benefit administration including conducting benefit open enrollment meetings, tracking eligibility and completing employee enrollments for the health, dental, life and 401K plan.
    • Maintain company organization chart
    • Process and track worker compensation claims
    • Be available to answer employee questions concerning benefits and company policies
    • Assist in training staff including safety training
    • Provide administrative support for company sponsored events
    • Responsible for employee communications including company announcements and policy changes
    • Insure all HR regulations are being followed


    Qualifications and Required Experience:
    • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Ideal candidate will have a combination of strong written/verbal communication.
    • Must be able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and have the willingness to take on additional responsibility.



  • Accounting Clerk - Novi, MI
    Infinity Homes & Co. is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team at our corporate office in Novi, MI! Join an expanding team at one of Michigan’s premier development companies!

    Duties and responsibilities:
    • High volume data entry of invoices into system
    • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation
    • Obtain necessary approval prior to payment
    • Issue, review and distribute checks accordingly
    • Research discrepancies and make changes in system as needed
    • Assist in the filing of paid invoices
    • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy
    • Respond to all inquiries
    • Assist in general office duties
    • Perform general accounting duties
    • Assist in special projects as needed
    • Assistant to the Controller

  • Receptionist/Office Clerk - Novi, MI
    Infinity Homes & Co. is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Receptionist/Office Clerk to join our team in Novi, MI! Join an expanding team at one of Michigan’s premier development companies!

    Primary Responsibilites:
    • Answers telephones and directs calls to the appropriate associate.
    • Greets and direct visitors.
    • Drafting and typing documents as requested.
    • Daily filing of purchase orders, paid invoices and other documents as requested.
    • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
    • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company, location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
    • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
    • Administrative support to Accounting Department and other staff as and when needed
    • Assists with other related clerical duties.


    Qualifications and Required Experience:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Michigan Driver’s License



  • Laborer - Novi, MI
    Infinity Homes & Co. is looking for a full-time Laborer to join our team in the metro Detroit area. Join an expanding team at one of Michigan’s premier development companies! You will handle the general cleaning and punch list items of the homes under construction.

    You'll will work closely with the Site Superintendent covering the site management and assisting with day to day punch list items including but not limited to:
    • Pre-drywall punch list and checklist completion items.
    • Pre-final walk through punch list and checklist completion items.
    • Meeting with inspectors (if applicable).
    • Contractor quality control follow up.
    • Sweep/vacuum out homes under construction at various stages of construction.
    • Ensure that the grounds of the development are kept in a litter-free condition at all times.
    • Ensure that the roads within the construction area of the development are kept in a clean condition at the end of every day.
    • Ensure that the exterior lot area is kept in a clean condition at all times. All trash is to be confined to the onsite dumpster enclosures.
    • Remove construction debris from garage and loading them into on-site dumpster.


    Qualifications and Required Experience:
    • Must be able to work on your feet all day and lift 20+ lbs.
    • Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including management, sales, trades, vendors and customers.
    • Must be able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and have the willingness to take on additional responsibility.
    • Valid Michigan Driver’s License
