Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will oversee the interior and exterior upkeep of all
Infinity Homes & Co. owned buildings. This includes the installation, trouble
shooting, repair, alteration and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other
building and facility systems such as lawn maintenance and landscaping, snow
plowing, replacing lights, keeping glass areas clean, and entry ways and common
areas well maintained.
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Must be proficient at installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment at various locations as assigned and as dispatched.
- Perform inspections and conduct periodic general preventive maintenance on the buildings mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Visit each property 1-2x per week to inspect building conditions, tend to any issues, and promptly and courteously take care of any maintenance requests from tenants as assigned by the main office.
- Thoroughly complete Service work within 5 days of receiving notification of request. Communicate and schedule appointments with homeowners and tenants – this means calling the resident within 24 hours of receiving notice of warranty or service request, calling prior to arriving at residence, and communicating with Main, Leasing Office or Service Admin on status of warranty request and work performed at the end of every day.
- Conduct tenant move-in/move-outs for both residential and commercial spaces. Utilize unit turnover checklist.
- Identify and make recommendations for building improvements to increase energy efficiency, dependability, and performance.
- Be courteous, neat, clean, and in proper uniform; always representing the Company in a professional, moral, and ethical manner.
- Maintain, operate, and secure a company issued vehicle in accordance with Company rules.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations including fire, evacuations and equipment failure.
- Coordinate and follow up with customer regarding any maintenance issues, work orders, or scheduled shut down of equipment for repairs or replacement.
- Establish & maintain effective working relationships with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
- Available for after-hours scheduled and for emergency maintenance and repair functions.
- Ensure installations & repairs are in compliance with all applicable local, state & federal codes, regulations, and company directives as relates to building operations.
- Respond to all calls and emails by the end of each business day.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance. The range is Wayne County to Livingston County.
- Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and physically capable Landscape Laborer to join our
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various
landscaping tasks to maintain our grounds in excellent condition. This is a
hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This
role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and have a passion

Duties:
- Work outdoors to maintain and improve landscape features by trimming/removing trees and bushes, pulling weeds, applying mulch, topsoil, rocks, and digging holes for planting flowers, trees and bushes.
- Install plants and/or mulch
- Care for the plants by mowing grass, trimming, and pruning trees and bushes.
- Perform routine maintenance on lawn equipment such as cleaning the equipment daily, sharpening blades, and changing fluids.
- Follow the preset plan and scope of work for each property laid out by the Landscape Foreman.
- Ensure that you are only using equipment that you are authorized to and storing properly at the end of the day.
- Operate a plow truck in the winter
- Able-bodied and able to lift 20+ lbs.
- Perform general groundskeeping duties, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
- Operate various landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Use hand tools to perform tasks, such as raking and shoveling.
- Maintain the grounds by ensuring all landscaping areas are clean and free of debris.
- Participate in lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, including fertilizing and pest control.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and landscaping equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions, hot and cold.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Work Location: In Person
Infinity Homes & Co is looking for an Assistant Construction
Manager to join our team at our construction sites in Southern Wayne County and
Northern Monroe County and surrounding areas. The Assistant Construction Manager
will oversee with the assistance of the day to day operations of the home
building and overall site maintenance and up keep in the community. Will work
closely with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent covering the site
management of the specific development.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist the Site Superintendent in maintaining, overseeing and scheduling of the day to day schedule for each new home that is being built within the development.
- Help facilitate the completion of each home from start to finish.
- Oversee the Site Superintendent’s schedule on a day to day basis.
- Meet with customers for pre-drywall and possible final walk through of each home and other periodic meetings throughout the construction process.
- Maintain communication of the progress of the home with the Site Superintendent.
- Meet on a regular basis with Project Manager and/or Site Superintendent to discuss construction schedules.
- Oversee and ensure the safety and cleanliness of each community you are responsible for.
- Meet with the suppliers and sub-contractors to maintain communication & quality control of each home.
- Assist in writing and sending Purchase Orders.
- Ensure quality control of each home by completion of required quality checklists and punch list of each home.
- Soil erosion control oversight
- Maintain quality control for each home by conducting pre-drywall & post-closing quality control check lists.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in residential building.
- Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including management, sales, trades, vendors & customers.
- Should be able to build rapport and maintain Customer Satisfaction during the buying/building process.
- Manage time effectively, multi-task & prioritize in order to meet established goals & deadlines.
- Some computer proficiency required.
- Be decisive, flexible & work well under pressure when faced with unexpected situations or delays and in a very fast-paced environment.
- Can analyze & resolve problems.
- Organizational & communication skills.
- Knowledge of Construction Practices and Terminology Preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents preferred
