Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will oversee the interior and exterior upkeep of all Infinity Homes & Co. owned buildings. This includes the installation, trouble shooting, repair, alteration and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building and facility systems such as lawn maintenance and landscaping, snow plowing, replacing lights, keeping glass areas clean, and entry ways and common areas well maintained.
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Must be proficient at installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment at various locations as assigned and as dispatched.
- Perform inspections and conduct periodic general preventive maintenance on the buildings mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Visit each property 1-2x per week to inspect building conditions, tend to any issues, and promptly and courteously take care of any maintenance requests from tenants as assigned by the main office.
- Thoroughly complete Service work within 5 days of receiving notification of request. Communicate and schedule appointments with homeowners and tenants – this means calling the resident within 24 hours of receiving notice of warranty or service request, calling prior to arriving at residence, and communicating with Main, Leasing Office or Service Admin on status of warranty request and work performed at the end of every day.
- Conduct tenant move-in/move-outs for both residential and commercial spaces. Utilize unit turnover checklist.
- Identify and make recommendations for building improvements to increase energy efficiency, dependability, and performance.
- Be courteous, neat, clean, and in proper uniform; always representing the Company in a professional, moral, and ethical manner.
- Maintain, operate, and secure a company issued vehicle in accordance with Company rules.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations including fire, evacuations and equipment failure.
- Coordinate and follow up with customer regarding any maintenance issues, work orders, or scheduled shut down of equipment for repairs or replacement.
- Establish & maintain effective working relationships with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
- Available for after-hours scheduled and for emergency maintenance and repair functions.
- Ensure installations & repairs are in compliance with all applicable local, state & federal codes, regulations, and company directives as relates to building operations.
- Respond to all calls and emails by the end of each business day.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance. The range is Wayne County to Livingston County.
- Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.

Infinity Homes & Co. is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join
our team! Join an expanding team at one of Michigan’s premier Real Estate development companies!
The Sales Assistant is responsible for presenting New Home communities to prospective residents, providing
customer service, and participating in the marketing of the community. The Sales Assistant works in
conjunction with the Sales and construction team that they are assigned to on a daily basis to achieve the
goals established for the property. The Sales Assistant will be required to assist on various properties in
Southeast Michigan as needed.
The Sales Assistant, as with all Infinity team members, is expected to conduct themselves in a professional
manner that is consistent with the company Core Values and the Business Ethics, Employee Conduct and
Confidentiality policy.
Job Duties
- Open and inspect the models and the market “ready” vacant homes daily to ensure they are presentable in accordance to established standards. Ensure Sales center is open and ready for business on time each day.
- Maintains office presentation in a professional manner. Assist with closing and securing the office and models daily.
- Answers telephone and email leads by responding to inquiries.
- Responds to all internet leads on a daily basis.
- Work with lead Sales Associate on marketing information presented to the public
- Greets and present property to prospective residents through personalized tours. Gathers information regarding needs, and qualification of prospective resident to report to supervisor. Conducts follow-up with prospects.
- Responsible for accurately and timely inputting all telephone, email and walk-in traffic into Lasso (Company’s CRM-Infinity’s marketing software). Also responsible for inputting cancellations.
- Compile welcome paperwork, associated addendums and forms in compliance with policies and procedures, as directed by supervisor. Establish appointments for reviewing documents with customers.
- Upon move-in, completes a thorough walk through of community amenities with the new Construction & residents.
- Gathers competitive market information weekly/monthly through telephone calls, internet research and site visits.
- Assist in Preparing routine reports (weekly and quarterly market survey) and shares information with on-site management team. Shop the competition to compare sales technique, pricing strategy and merchandising.
- Work with the team assigned to ensure all information is input into Lasso by the close of each business day.
- Learn company core values and master sales processes and procedures
- Assist in maintaining an accurate and current priority wait list and assures all prospects are kept in constant communication with availability.
- Provide Best-in-Class service to our customer base
- Demonstrates the ability to handle resident concerns and direct them to the Construction or Customer Service Departments when appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Actual job duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the size of the community.
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Six months sales and/or customer service experience in at least one of the following industries: property management, hospitality, retail, real estate and service sectors.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Lasso or other CRM experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Time management and organization skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- College degree or some college preferred
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, talk, hear, and use a telephone and personal computer. May be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must be able to occasionally drive during the course of work.

Work Environment
The Sales Assistant works on-site at several communities and interfaces with external/internal customers, residents, and vendors on a regular basis. The position work schedule varies depending on the property. Hours are usually scheduled from 11AM-5PM p.m. (May vary based on community). The position is required to work weekend days (Sat/Sun). However, the Sales Assistant should be flexible with availability depending on the needs of the property. Must be able and willing to travel to all Infinity Home communities located in Southeastern Michigan. Must have reliable transportation to work at different locations based on assignment for the day.

The leasing assistant is responsible for presenting company owned and managed communities to prospective residents, providing best-in-class customer service, and participating in the marketing of the community. You will work in conjunction with the leasing manager to achieve the goals established for the property. The leasing assistant will be required to assist on various properties in southeast Michigan as needed.
The leasing assistant, as with all Infinity team members, is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner that is consistent with our company's core Values and the business ethics, employee conduct and confidentiality policy.
Primary Responsibilites:
- Assist the Leasing Manager as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures as directed by the Leasing Manager
- Greet and present property to prospective residents through personalized tours. Gathers information regarding needs, and qualification of prospective resident to report to supervisor. Conducts follow-up with prospects.

Infinity Homes & Co is looking for an Assistant Construction Manager to join our team at our construction sites in Southern Wayne County and Northern Monroe County and surrounding areas. The Assistant Construction Manager will oversee with the assistance of the day to day operations of the home building and overall site maintenance and up keep in the community. Will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent covering the site management of the specific development.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist the Site Superintendent in maintaining, overseeing and scheduling of the day to day schedule for each new home that is being built within the development.
- Help facilitate the completion of each home from start to finish.
- Oversee the Site Superintendent’s schedule on a day to day basis.
- Meet with customers for pre-drywall and possible final walk through of each home and other periodic meetings throughout the construction process.
- Maintain communication of the progress of the home with the Site Superintendent.
- Meet on a regular basis with Project Manager and/or Site Superintendent to discuss construction schedules.
- Oversee and ensure the safety and cleanliness of each community you are responsible for.
- Meet with the suppliers and sub-contractors to maintain communication & quality control of each home.
- Assist in writing and sending Purchase Orders.
- Ensure quality control of each home by completion of required quality checklists and punch list of each home.
- Soil erosion control oversight
- Maintain quality control for each home by conducting pre-drywall & post-closing quality control check lists.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in residential building.
- Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including management, sales, trades, vendors & customers.
- Should be able to build rapport and maintain Customer Satisfaction during the buying/building process.
- Manage time effectively, multi-task & prioritize in order to meet established goals & deadlines.
- Some computer proficiency required.

The Construction Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the home building and overall site management of a specific development. Join an expanding team at one of Michigan’s premier development companies!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing technical expertise in coordinating the activities of new home construction from initial development through final construction on time and according to company standards.
- Verify each home site is built per plan and specifications ensuring that the selected options and upgrades are completed during construction and meet homeowner’s expectations by final walkthrough.
- Schedule and manage subcontractors, materials, and sub-contractor relationships in order to build homes on schedule and close on time.
- Schedule and obtain necessary building inspections as required.
- Respond to any warranty calls during scheduled times.
- Assist in resolving issues/conflicts related to daily construction activities.
- Maintain a safe work site by implementing good housekeeping regulations and safety requirements, enforcing safe work habits and rules, and observing OSHA and state regulation requirements.
- Monitor subdivision cleanliness and hold the subcontractors responsible for their daily clean up.
- Conduct detailed inspections after each trade has completed its tasks and prior to authorization for payment.
- Authorize payment for materials received and work completed.
- Walk each completed home before homeowner walk-through to make sure it is complete, clean, and meets standards.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential production building.
- Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including management, sales, trades, vendors and customers.

- Data entry of invoices into system
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation
- Obtain necessary approval prior to payment
- Issue, review and distribute checks accordingly
